Our Policies

    • Check in at the front desk before using the facility.

    • Treat staff, coaches, athletes, and members with respect.

    • Clean indoor shoes only; return all equipment after use.

    • Courts/turf must be booked in advance.

    • Respect time limits; guest fees apply for non-members.

    • No unauthorized outside coaching.

    • Follow staff and coach instructions at all times.

    • No harassment, profanity, or unsafe play.

    • Children under 12 must be supervised unless in a program

    • 12 hours notice required to cancel bookings.

    • Pinnacle may cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or other circumstances.
